This Nebbiolo is like a deep conversation that starts with flowers and ends in the forest. Pale ruby in the glass, it’s anything but shy—bursting with lilac, rose petal, wild fennel and thyme. Just when you think it’s all floral charm, savoury notes of fennel salami, mushroom skin and a touch of earth muscle in. Sour cherries lead the palate (as they should), backed by cranberry, raspberry and a lovely herbal edge. The tannins are classic Nebbiolo—chalky, firm, like a claypot lid clicking into place—lifted by zippy acidity that keeps everything cruising long after the sip. Elegant, edgy, and full of character.
