Spicy, tight and energetic. An aromatic blend of Zibibbo, Gewurtztraminer, Moscato Giallo, Greco and Chardonnay from Aussie cult producers; Unico Zelo.

No additives other than a little sulphur at bottling, unfined and unfiltered. A touch of sediment is to be expected. Ultimate, smashable, summer drinking.
