Two Paddocks' flagship Pinot Noir is a testament to the Neill family's dedication to organic viticulture in Central Otago. This meticulously curated blend from four estate vineyards exudes elegance and finesse. Red cherry, plum, blackberry bramble, and spice aromatics lead to a rich, textured wine that embodies lush fruitiness with softness and poise. Handcrafted using traditional methods, including indigenous fermentation and 46% whole bunch inclusion, this wine matures in French barriques for 11 months, with a touch of new oak (18%).
