This meticulously curated blend from four estate vineyards exudes elegance and finesse. Red cherry, plum, blackberry bramble, and spice aromatics lead to a rich, textured wine that embodies lush fruitiness with softness and poise. Handcrafted using traditional methods, including indigenous fermentation and 46% whole bunch inclusion, this wine matures in French barriques for 11 months, with a touch of new oak (18%).
