In their words -  Solera Blend #6 refers to the fifth time we have drawn an aliquot from the 30 oak barriques, never again to be emptied, which hold the (presently) 27 individual brews comprising this blend. The oldest brew dates from May 2019, the youngest just 2-months ago and the average age of the blend at bottling is just over 2-years-old. The 30 oak barrels are then topped with the young beer – meaning there are now 28 individual brews in the solera – and the system is left maturing until we are ready to extract solera blend #7 later this year. 5.2% alc. vol.
