Three Elms Timbertop Gewurztraminer 2023

In their words -  Crafted by winemaker Laura and carefully grown by husband Tim at our home - Lush vines, plump olives, green pastures, aqua dams, loam soils and tin sheds all encased by the tall, barky, aromatic eucalyptus trees. This is what we see in Timbertops!

Fragrant nose of lychee, rose petal, and ripe stone fruits with hints of ginger spice. A luscious medium-bodied wine revealing vibrant flavours of mango, passionfruit, and honeysuckle, balanced by crisp acidity. The palate is enriched by a subtle spicy complexity and a lingering finish with a touch of almond.
