Bright lemon peel leads, supported by gentle warmth from vanilla and a subtle, aromatic lift of cardamom. Clean, poised, and deliberately restrained — designed to feel grown-up rather than dessert-like.

Fresh lemon zest straight off the peel, with soft vanilla creaminess and a quiet floral spice.  Zesty and vibrant up front, quickly settling into a smooth citrus core. The sweetness is controlled and light, allowing the lemon oils to stay crisp. Vanilla rounds the mid-palate while incorporating a delicate, almost citrus-blossom spice.  Clean, bright, and gently warming. Lemon fades slowly with a dry, aromatic tail — refreshing rather than sticky.

Classic: Serve well chilled, straight from the freezer, in a small stemmed glass.
