A fragrant, confident Mornington Pinot with fresh strawberry and cherry at the front, followed by darker bramble fruit, rhubarb, subtle herbs and spice. Mature vineyards from the cooler southern Peninsula bring freshness and definition, while fine tannins and well-judged oak provide shape. There’s useful depth here, but elegance and lively fruit remain firmly in charge.
