Excellent Pinot Gris from Stoke wines on Kangaroo Island, handpicked, whole bunch, little bit of barrel, some stainless, natural ferment.

In their words - Lemon-green with a golden hue in colour. Ripe lemon, pear and stone fruits on the nose with a touch of salt bush. Textural and generous palate with flavours of green pear, apple and salted lemon.
