Think deep berry fruits—dark cherry, plum—layered with spice and earthy undertones that add complexity rather than weight.  Silky tannins round the edges, making each sip seem velvety but not heavy.
The finish lingers with a trace of forest floor and gentle spice—delightfully polished, but with character that nods to Tasmania’s climate and soil.
