In their words - Nebbiolo Bianco is a synonym for the white grape variety Arneis. It is not related directly to Nebbiolo but was planted alongside Nebbiolo in Piedmont to attract the birds away from the more prized red grapes. Hence it became known as Nebbiolo Bianco. This wine is crisp with aromas of green apple, pear and lemon.
