Small Island Sparkling 2022

In their words - The first attempt at a sparkling from Small Island but not our last after the kind words we have received. Method traditional, one barrel of 2022 Chardonnay from the saltwater vineyard sight blended with some coal river Pinot Noir.  A lush and complex sparkling that will tick every box for those bubble lovers, secretly made for our wives.
