Skipjack Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Aromas of orange, passionfruit and sweet herbs mingle with madarin, apricot and currant across the palate, leading to a tangy and rich finish. 

Cooler nights during the late part of the season retained the regions trademark aromatics and acidity. The fruit was gently pressed and the juice fermented at cool temperatures to capture the expressive fruit flavours from the vineyards.
