Spicy ginger phenolics focus the palate, helping add structure and drive. The finish is fresh and zesty; full-flavoured acid and phenolics are enmeshed within the fruit. A very refreshing and lively palate.

Critics thoughts -  Wet earth mixes with rose petal and dried mandarin peel on the nose. It's quite a subtle nose for a gewürz. A cushioned core welcomes you in with just a hint of sweetness.
