Aging: 12 months in *tonneaux* (500-liter barrels). After bottling, the wine rests in the bottle for at least 2 months.

A fresh wine with a vibrant ruby-red color. Intense fruity nose with hints of plum, redcurrant, wild berries, and ripe cherry. It has good structure—full-bodied, elegant, and slightly tannic—with characteristic notes of redcurrant, cherry, and plum.

Ideally  paired with meat dishes, cheeses, game, and roasts.
