Critics thoughts - I must admit, I was looking forward to tasting this wine. Let’s go!  This wine will have your attention with the faintest first whiff. It smells delicious! Lemon tart, lemon meringue, apple and oat biscuits, notes of nutty pastry, salty pistachios. Then plenty of zest, pink grapefruit, pomelo, a touch of healthy bitterness, and spicy ginger. This wine has acidity for a spine, minerally texture and a great flavour drive, all in one hit.
