Rising Chardonnay 2023

Aromas of lemon oil, lavender, and wet rock minerality, accented by a sprinkle of clove spice. On the palate, layers of orange peel and charred lime, alongside a richly textured mouthfeel that speaks to the intensity of the fruit. With phenomenal acid drive and good structure, this Chardonnay is a true expression of its terroir. Sourced from four blocks within the Rising Vineyard in St Andrews, with vines ranging from 13 to 39 years old, and meticulously crafted through whole bunch pressing and French oak maturation.
