In their words - The final release from this site. A richly textured, quietly powerful expression with vibrant acidity carrying layered citrus and stone-fruit depth. 

Whole-bunch pressed and racked off solids to seasoned French oak for fermentation. The wine spent one year maturing in barrel, followed by a further year in stainless steel before bottling. Contains sulphites.
