Punt Road Gamay 2024

In their words -  Black cherry, rose petal and clove. Silky texture, bright line and a long, spice-driven finish. Made from three Gamay clones grown on our estate, this wine was crafted with a light touch to let the fruit shine. A portion was fermented with whole bunches for lifted aromatics and spice, while the rest was kept as whole berries and gently pumped over to retain brightness and freshness.

A short time in older French oak brings texture without oak flavour, letting the purity of the fruit and the vibrancy of the season take centre stage.
