This is red thera-majestic from Mornington Peninsula—Polperro at their zenith. Single-vineyard Talland Hill fruit offers a fragrant bouquet of crushed flowers, dried herbs, redcurrant and goji berry, all layered over earth and cacao dust. It glides in silky yet savoury—with whispers of pine needles, field mushrooms, orange peel, cola and soy. The palate is alive with bright acid, fine, structured tannins and savoury drive. Matured 16 months in 30% new French oak, it’s bottled unfined, unfiltered, and bristles with natural energy. Ready to savour now—with even more to reveal over the next 5–8 years.
