Single-vineyard magic from Red Hill’s elevated Mill Hill block. Aromas of red berries, darker plum, with fresh herb and spice accents. The palate is delicately structured—crunchy red fruit shines with subtle citrus freshness. Naturally fermented with whole berries and aged 16 months in 30% new tight-grain French oak, then bottled without fining or filtration. Light-bodied, elegant, evolving beautifully in the glass, and built to age gracefully.
