A focused Mornington Chardonnay with a generous streak running through it. Lemon blossom, fresh citrus and white stone fruit lead into a creamy, lees-shaped palate, with nutty barrel spice adding depth rather than obvious oakiness. The finish snaps back into line with zesty acidity, saline minerality and plenty of energy. Smart and polished, without taking itself too seriously.
