Crafted from cool climate Shiraz from South Australia, this red is a finely tuned blend that delivers a quality experience typically reserved for alcoholic wines. The low-temperature distillation process preserves the character of the fruit, while unique natural extracts from Tasmanian Pepperberry and oak add intricate layers of flavour and texture. With notes of cherry, vanilla, oak, and a touch of pepper, this dry, fruity red is akin to a delicate Pinot Noir, Gamay, or Grenache.
