Plantation 3 Star Silver Rum 700ml 41% ABV

In their words - Plantation Three Stars is a blend of rums from three islands: Trinidad (rums aged between two and three years), Barbados (young rums) and Jamaica (very old rums). This blend has been judiciously thought out by our cellar master and each island brings its aromatic characteristics.

Fermentation : approx. 72 hours for Barbados and Trinidad rums , 2 weeks for Jamaican rum.
Distillation : Barbados: column and iron, Trinidad: column, Jamaica: iron.

A blend of three Caribbean grands crus, this white rum has both richness and subtlety, playing first of all in a pastry register with its notes of brown sugar, flambéed banana and candied pineapple enhanced by delicate touches of gourmet vanilla. Then come the floral, vegetal and slightly spicy, not to say peppery, notes, essential to a great white rum!
