50% Nero d’Avola and 50% Syrah sourced from the Dispensa and Gurra vineyards in Menfi. The grapes, handpicked in early September, undergo a white wine vinification process, with a short maceration period of about one hour to extract colour.With delicate floral notes of hibiscus and delicate rose, alongside hints of wild strawberries, blackberries, and melon, the Rosé presents a lively and fresh palate reminiscent of meringue and peach flesh.

The 2022 vintage in Menfi and Sambuca di Sicilia yielded lower production but excellent quality grapes, thanks to balanced weather conditions throughout the growing season, resulting in a smooth and nearly perfect harvest. Farmed organically, sustainably certified.
