Patrick of Coonawarra 'Home Block' Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Home Block is Patrick’s firmly rooted expression of Coonawarra Cabernet, drawn from mature vines growing in the region’s celebrated terra rossa soils. Traditional fermentation and a long rest in French and American oak give the wine the depth and structure expected of the site.

Blackberry, cassis and dark plum arrive with real authority, followed by cedar, mint and mocha. The tannins are firm but polished, carrying the fruit through a long, composed finish. Classic Coonawarra in its proportions: generous, structured and built with patience.
