In their words - Pascal Bouchard is blessed with holdings in some of Chablis finest terroirs including several Premier Cru and Grand Cru plots. The winemaking has been under the experienced and steady eye of Florent Denieuil who has been at the property for over twenty years. The viticultural practices include sustainable farming with some bottlings having organic certification. The ethos of this exciting producer is to showcase the unique terroir of the Chablis region and its ancient Kimmeridgian soils that were formed 150 million years ago when the area part of an ancient sea.
