Paritua 'Willow' Chardonnay 2025

The stony soils of Hawke’s Bay’s Bridge Pa Triangle give Paritua plenty of natural definition to work with. For Willow, estate-grown Chardonnay is barrel fermented and matured on lees, adding quiet creaminess and spice while leaving the fruit in clear view.

Peach and nectarine make for a generous opening, sharpened by fresh lemon and a mineral edge. Vanilla and hazelnut sit lightly in the background rather than announcing the barrel. It is rounded, polished and confidently modern, with freshness running neatly through the finish
