O'Leary Walker Polish Hill River Riesling 2013

Honey, toast and lime curd are all held beautifully by this wines vibrant acidity leaving wonderfully clean and remarkably fresh finish.  With its age comes these complex kerosene and lemon notes with firm citrus notes on the palate.  Savouriness breaks through as well, this is great value wine that has evolved wonderfully over the past 12yrs. Fine notes of sweetness come through with waves of citrus, petrol and toast translating into ripe stone fruits on the palate, that finishes with a fine, dry firmness. Utterly delicious.
