100% Pinot Meunier from limestone and chalky soils. 60% direct pressed, 30% maceration and 10% left on skins, fermented in large oak foudres. A nose of ripe strawberries and raspberry are balanced by a complex baked pastry and lees. Refreshing acidity and delicious fruit and creamy finesse.
