Egly-Ouriet Les Vignes de Bisseuil 1er Cru NV

A blend of 70% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier pricked from a south-facing plot along the slopes of Bisseuil, Champagne.  Vinified entirely in oak barrels with a signature length of time on lees before four years of bottle time before disgorgement.
