Lime zest, salty seaside breezes and a flash of fennel, all drifting up with irresistible vibrancy. On the palate it shimmers with crystalline acidity, carrying those oyster-shell mineral notes in a way that feels both elegant and utterly moreish.  There’s shape, grace and a hazy summer charm.
