This is super star stuff. Fine boned, sleek in texture, succulent, granular in spice character, dark, red cherry fruit with dashes of rose hip tea, a bit of peppery lift, some clove and licks of game meat and truffle. It feels tightly wound and also refreshing – a vibrancy to fruit that marries inward concentration with gloss and prettiness. The extension of flavour is something else.
