Mora Sparkling NV

65% Chard, 35% Noir, 99.5% of this cuvee is from Bannockburn fruit, 45% of the base wine fermented in seasoned French oak and 24 months on lees.

Pretty lifted notes of white blossom, lemon curd, Royal Gala apples and white-fleshed stone fruit. Palate is zesty and fresh, with crunchy nashi pears and fine persistent bead.  Lovely
