Minim 'Colbinabbin' Fiano

Grown on an east–west vineyard lovingly tended by hand, these vines enjoy balanced sunlight, fresh airflow and a grower who farms with real heart. Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, the fruit heads straight to seasoned puncheons, solids and all, settling in with the warmth it adores for a free, happy ferment. It is deep straw to pale amber in colour, with baked apple, marzipan and honey on the nose followed by oxidative charm, lively green apple acidity, herbal flickers and citrus bite on the palate
