In their words - A high altitude rosé born on the eastern slope of Milo, where the particular microclimate, the exposure and the volcanic soil give the Nerello Mascalese finesse, salinity and a citrus tension of rare elegance.

The grapes are hand-picked, gently pressed with a pneumatic press, and undergo cryomaceration. The cold-clarified must is fermented 50% in steel and 50% in 500-liter French oak barrels, and aged on the fine lees for 4 months.
