100% Chardonnay from the Stefano Lubiana Granton Estate Vineyard in Tasmania. Hand picked and hand sorted, whole bunch pressed and wild fermented, full malo & on lees for 10 months, with only a very small amount of new French oak. Bottled onsite unfiltered, from certified biodynamic vineyards.

Another stunning release from young Marco, an absolute pure wine with plenty going on, striking and lux on the palate.
