LONGVIEW MACCLESFIELD SYRAH

The Longview Macclesfield Syrah is a cool-climate red that captures the essence of the Adelaide Hills. Crafted from three high-altitude blocks in Macclesfield, the fruit is handpicked with meticulous sorting to ensure only the finest grapes make it to the winery. The wine undergoes open fermentation with around 25% whole bunches, followed by gentle pressing and settling. The result is a medium-bodied Syrah that offers a bouquet of red berries, dried herbs, and subtle floral notes. The palate is balanced with fine tannins and a crisp finish, making it a versatile choice for various occasions.
