Lignier-Michelot Coteaux Bourguignons Axelle Blanc 2023

In their words - This Chardonnay-based wine is the only white wine produced by the estate; hence, we named it after our daughter. More than 2,000 bottles are produced each year under the Coteaux Bourguignons appellation. The soil is clay and well-drained. This wine is vinified with moderate use of sulfur dioxide (SO2) and aged for 12 months in 30% new oak barrels. Gentle lees stirring is carried out at the end of fermentation and during aging.
