In their words - Medium depth crimson with purple hues. Ripe red fruits and black cherry on the nose with red rose petal perfume mingling with subtle savoury and herbal notes. The bright and juicy fruits coat the palate and are balanced by white pepper and sweet spices. Medium-bodied in structure with great complexity and lovely silky tannins which flow through the fruity, peppery and spicy finish.

Critics thoughts -  Grenache/shiraz/mataro/carignan/counoise/cinsault – a right old "fruit salad" blend this year. I really hope that adds up to one hundred. Pretty sure it does. You don't need all those numbers in your head, though. You only need to know this is a crunchy, very easy to drink, contemporary red blend; mid-weighted, pure and lively with raspberry top notes and a lot to like. Super value here.  93 points Halliday
