L'anglore Sables 2023

Wholebunch maceration of grapes from selected plots in Les Sables located in the lower part of the Rhône. Grapes are pressed together and aged for 10 months in wooden barrels. This has a little more structure, depth, and tannic grip than the “basic” Tavel but still has their trademark lightness of touch.
