80% Riesling from the Granoians region Aradale Vineyard, and 20% Vermentino from the Chalmer's Nursery Vineyard in the Murray Darling. Vinified separately, with 12 hours on skins followed by natural fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered with a touch of cloudiness.
