John Duval Entity Shiraz 2021

Stellar Shiraz from ex Penfold's winemaker John Duval, grapes were sourced from old vineyards in the Krondorf, Tanunda, Ebenezer, Moppa, and Eden Valley regions comprising 94% Barossa Valley, 6% Eden Valley fruit.

Aged in 25% new French oak for 15 months, approachable in its youth, but with ample structure and fruit depth. Attractive notes of dark berries and plum with hints of aromatic licorice and florals. The palate is dark and brooding, tightly wound layers of rich black and blue fruits with hints of dark chocolate and spice, finishing with long, savoury tannins
