Hand-harvested from select sections of the Grenache block in the sandy Bracken Vineyard, the wine undergoes a partial whole bunch ferment, enhancing its herbal lift and ethereal lightness. Fermented with wild yeast and gently plunged twice daily for 10 days, it's then aged for just 9 months in seasoned French oak to preserve its freshness. With a concentration of fruit flavors and fine tannins, it delivers a graceful yet powerful finish. Best paired with crispy duck pancakes, this wine is enjoyable now but promises further rewards with cellaring for up to 10-12 years.
