Fiano blended from 50% estate-grown fruit and 50% sourced regionally, undergoing full destemming and partial fermentation in new Austrian and French oak as well as stainless steel. Pale green in color, it exhibits aromatic pear notes intertwined with hints of honey and toasty oak.
