A gently aromatic Garganega from Soave’s volcanic hills, offering chamomile, elderflower, iris, peach and green melon. Stainless-steel fermentation keeps the fruit clear and bright, while a short maceration contributes subtle texture. Soft and rounded at first, it finishes with crisp mineral energy, lime zest, salinity and the grape’s characteristic almond flick.
