Hudelot-Noellat Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2023

Hand harvested and sorted, 100% destemmed, wild yeast ferment.  Nil fining or filtering, 16 months in 2-8 year old oak, no new oak.  The signature of the Domaine style of elegance and purity is evident in this bottling.

Just racked and sulphured, fine rich purple with a generous red berry fruit on the nose, lots of fresh acidity here as well, a crunchy red fruit, nonetheless quality pinot fruit with some length. Drink from 2026-2028. Tasted Nov 2024. 87-89 points - Jasper Morris, Inside
