Hey Malbec by Matias Riccitelli 2024

In their words - Malbec is Argentina’s signature variety, and we aim for this wine to be a fresh interpretation of it. Spanning from the traditional Luján de Cuyo region to the high altitudes of the Uco Valley—and traversing soils of clay and calcareous stone—we seek the freshness and purity of a vibrant Malbec. Harvest takes place between early March and the first week of April; we vinify a blend of destemmed fruit and whole clusters—without adding any foreign elements—at temperatures between 24°C and 26°C over several weeks. Aging continues in small concrete vessels and, in part, in French oak barrels until the following harvest.
