So, it’s expensive as well as somewhat risky to make. Challenging but definitely worth the trouble. Pinot Noir thrives in the Adelaide Hills due to its high altitude and cold climate. The cool growing conditions suit the sensitive nature of the variety, producing wines that are pristine expressions of both variety and region.
