A distinctive blend of 99% Nebbiolo and 1% Barbera from Henschke's Eden Valley vineyards, co-fermented for added complexity. Aged for 12 months in seasoned French hogsheads, this wine offers a garnet hue with ruby reflections and complex aromas of cherry stone, wild berries, liquorice, and tobacco, along with rosemary and rosehip. On the palate, vibrant acidity mingles with bright red cherry and currant flavours, supported by fine-grained tannins for an elegant, lingering finish. This Nebbiolo pairs beautifully with root vegetables and hearty dishes.
