Henri Chauvet Ciel a Perdre
Ciel à Perdre—“A Sky to Lose”. Inspired by the poetry of Aksinia Mihaylova, this 100% Carignan has its own lyrical rhythm: subtle, ethereal, and generous. Grown organically in a secret southern French village the fruit is hand-harvested and treated with total care. Whole clusters macerate for three weeks, with only gentle bucket pump-overs and old barrels for ageing. The result? A fragrant swirl of blackberry, black cherry, garrigue, cocoa and soft spice. It’s a wine with soul, structure, and just the right amount of mystery. Let it breathe, and it’ll open like a well-loved book.
