Grown organically in a secret southern French village the fruit is hand-harvested and treated with total care. Whole clusters macerate for three weeks, with only gentle bucket pump-overs and old barrels for ageing. The result? A fragrant swirl of blackberry, black cherry, garrigue, cocoa and soft spice.
